Abigail is a bright and joyful 5-year-old from Ontario who has faced an unimaginably difficult journey with incredible courage. On April 27, 2023—just two weeks before her third birthday—Abigail was diagnosed with high-risk stage 4 Neuroblastoma. Her treatment has been intense and harsh, yet through every hospital stay, every needle, and every setback, Abigail has kept her radiant smile.
Her parents and brother have been by her side at every step, providing comfort, strength, and endless love. Together, they have navigated countless treatments, clinging to hope and cherishing every moment as a family.
In April 2025, their world was shaken once again when Abigail’s cancer returned. The news was devastating, but the Russell-Posie family has continued to embody resilience, courage, and unity as they face this new chapter together.
